Sueños Prometidos
1/16/1996 - 3/2/1996
Featuring black and white photography by Virginia Benavidez, Catalina Govea, Ruben Guzman, and Antonio Tovar, "Sueños Prometidos (Promised Dreams)" was the first exhibition in a year-long series focusing on the theme of immigration. To counter anti-immigration sentiments, Galería provided a site in which lives under attack were both articulated and documented.
