Founded in 2000, Fulana is a Latina video and performance collective based in NYC, whose members include Cristina Ibarra, Marlène Ramírez-Cancio, Lisandra Ramos-Grullón and Andrea Thome. Through parody and satire they explore themes that are relevant to Latino cultures in the U.S. Their work consists mainly of mock television commercials, music videos and print advertisements.
