Noelia Mendoza (Redwood City, CA) works as an Academic Technology Consultant at San Francisco State University and teaches an online "CyberRaza" course in the Raza Studies department at SFSU.
Her creative works include poetry, performance art, digital video, shadow puppetry, costume design, and acting/singing in Latin rock musicals. In between projects, she pops back Tequila shots with stout chasers as the lead singer of the Scottish/Xicana nueva trova punk band Sin, who performs neoteric interpretations of nueva cancion.
