Hours: Galería de la Raza is open weekly Tuesday - Saturday from 12-6pm. We are closed to the public during exhibition installations and special workshops. Please note for the spring 2013 semester (February-May), we will be closing at 4pm on Tuesdays for our Youth Media Project City Studio courses. The gallery will be closed to the public from 4-6pm for the course.
By BART: Take any BART train to the 24th Street Station. You will emerge on Mission and 24th Streets. Go east on 24th Street. Walk for approximately 15 minutes until you arrive at 2857 24th Street, at the corner of Bryant. You can also catch the eastbound 48-Quintara bus at the corner of 24th and Mission. Exit at the Bryant Street stop.
By MUNI: Take the 14-Mission or 49-Van Ness lines to 24th Street. Exit and go eastbound on 24th Street. You can then catch the eastbound 48-Quintara bus at the corner of 24th and Mission, and ride it to Bryant Street. You can also walk for about 15 minutes until you arrive at Bryant Street.
Driving From the North: Take 101 Southbound to San Francisco. Take the Cesar Chavez exit and turn onto the westbound off-ramp. Look for the 24th Street stoplight, and make a left. Galeria will be on your lefthand side two blocks from the stoplight.
From the South (280 or 101 northbound): Take the Cesar Chavez exit off of 101 Northbound or 280 Northbound. Travel West on Cesar. In about five blocks, you will arrive at Bryant Street. Take a right turn on Bryant and drive until you arrive at 24th Street (about 4 blocks).
